Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 250sr platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by 250sr.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and those accessing the platform via mobile devices. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 250sr services. This platform is intended exclusively for adult users in Malaysia and is not directed at minors.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 250sr platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 250sr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification or regulatory compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 250sr support team. Use a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 250sr platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or operation of the platform. Prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or offers in an unauthorised or deceptive manner.
- Transferring funds between user accounts with the intent to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Spreading false information, engaging in fraudulent activity, or posting content that violates platform rules.
250sr reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of the rules and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 250sr platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and belongs to them. 250sr is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or invalid payment details.
Withdrawal processing takes between one and three business days, depending on the payment method and internal verification process. 250sr reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes if any suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Any taxes or charges related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the user. 250sr does not cover any service taxes or third-party fees imposed by payment providers.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
The 250sr platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, 250sr is not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
All content, designs, software, trademarks, and other materials on the 250sr platform are the exclusive property of 250sr and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from 250sr.
The 250sr platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 250sr has no control over the content or practices of those websites and is not responsible for any losses arising from their use.
250sr reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if found to be in breach of any of these terms, without prior notice and without liability to the user. Any valid balance remaining in an account closed due to a policy violation will not be refunded.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
250sr reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be displayed on this page with a clear update date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
